Returns

At Hath, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible. Proof of purchase may also be requested.

If the item received is not damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

For approved damaged or incorrect item claims, Hath will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend submitting a return request for the original product and placing a new order separately once your return is approved.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are not available for orders that are still in transit. Orders may only be canceled before shipment or returned after delivery.
